Grant,

I work for a small non-profit organization in Santa Barbara, and we are hoping to promote a lecture series in the fall about the growing phenomenon of exclusively web-based services. it is still in its infancy so our focus is very general. I am looking for materials that can benefit my research, and give me a foundation to begin to specify my programming. I know that you have a bounty of knowledge, and perhaps, could offer suggestions.
